Egyptian E-Invoicing & E-Receipts

E-Invoicing Software for Egypt, Connected to the ETA

With Buongo, you issue, sign and submit e-invoices and e-receipts to the Egyptian Tax Authority (ETA) straight from the system where you record your sales and accounts, then follow the status of every document after submission, without re-entering anything on another portal.

What Buongo E-Invoicing Does

Egypt’s e-invoicing and e-receipt system requires companies to send their sales documents to the Egyptian Tax Authority electronically. Buongo’s e-invoicing module is integrated with the ETA, so it issues each document from the sales data you have already recorded and submits it to the authority directly from the system. Each customer record stores the details the ETA requires on an e-invoice, such as the tax registration number and address, so you never re-enter them per invoice.

Before submission, each e-invoice is signed electronically with your company’s signing token, as the ETA requires. After submission, the status of every document shows up inside Buongo, so your accountant knows which invoices were received and accepted and which ones need a second look, without searching for each invoice on a separate portal.

For retail sales, Buongo issues e-receipts to your customers and submits them to the ETA as well. Because invoices and receipts come out of the same system that calculates taxes and VAT and records your journal entries, your sales, your books and what you sent to the Tax Authority stay in agreement.

Point of Sale (POS)

Retail sales at the POS can be issued as e-receipts and submitted to the ETA from the same system.

Accounting

Every invoice creates its journal entry and tax record automatically, so your books match what was submitted.
